Returns

At Top-Parts.com, we pride ourselves on having one of the industries best return polcies. We do however have basic criteria that has to be met. We also reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return prducts if...

  1. Products are not used, installed or disassembled
  2. Do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions
  3. Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
  4. Are in their original packaging
  5. Have original manufacturer information

The following orders are not returnable...

  1. Electrical parts and components (Relays, ECU'S...)
  2. Repair manuals
  3. Custom or special orders

Please send an email to returns@top-parts.com with your order number and explaination as to your return. We will contact you with instructions on the return process.

Once we have received your return, and conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above criteria, a full refund will be issued. All applicable sales tax will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be refunded only if in the case of a return due to our error. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.
